Student Athlete Summer Training Camp

This training camp is for athletes of all sports who want to get a head start on their competition. This class will provide athletes with a highly coached program for strength, speed and agility. Over the course of the summer, training will be periodized for weight lifting and athletic speed, quickness, agility and power. Form and technique will be taught to help improve movement quality and to ensure safety of each individual. All exercise and movement selections will help to make a better athlete.
Dates: June 13th - June 29th (break for observing 4th of July) Restart July 6th - Aug. 12th
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Times: 11:30 - 12:45 - Ages 12-18 (Athletes will be split into two groups according to age and ability to match training needs).
