This training camp is for athletes of all sports who want to get a head start on their competition.  This class will provide athletes with a highly coached program for strength, speed and agility.  Over the course of the summer, training will be periodized for weight lifting and athletic speed, quickness, agility and power. Form and technique will be taught to help improve movement quality and to ensure safety of each individual.  All exercise and movement selections will help to make a better athlete.  

Dates:  June 13th - June 29th (break for observing 4th of July) Restart July 6th - Aug. 12th

Days:  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Times:  11:30 - 12:45 - Ages 12-18 (Athletes will be split into two groups according to age and ability to match training needs).

This is the Level 2 Online Training Membership.  Whether you are stuck at home because of the stay at home order, workout from home regardless or have a gym to go to these workouts are programmed for your individual needs, goals and equipment availability.  With the membership you get:

  1. The App platform 
  2. Personalized programming
  3. Weekly check-ins and accountability
  4. Messaging with Coach Taylor through the app
  5. A full assessment and strategy session at the start
  6. 1- 1/2 hour Zoom meeting with Coach Taylor a month
  7. Form and technique check-ins via the app's video function

Wether you are self motivated and workout at home or have a gym to go to, we offer personal training from wherever you are.  This is our online training with Coach Taylor with personalized programming for your goals and equipment availability.  We use an app to deliver workouts created by Coach Taylor and are changed every 4 weeks.  The Level 1 Membership option comes with access to the app, an initial phone consultation, personal workouts and video demonstrations to help you with your form and technique.  This is a month to month membership with a one time $35 set up fee.
